The two Sunnymead Farm Cottages offer high quality holiday accommodation for 2 people in the High Weald village of High Hurstwood which is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty close to the Ashdown Forest in East Sussex.

The adjoined cottages, Russets and Pippins, have been converted to a very high standard by local  East Sussex builders and contain many original features. They are set in the grounds of the owners’ house at the end of a 200 metre private drive and surrounded by 12 acres of gardens and orchards which are a haven for birds and wildlife.

For the last 4 years both cottages have received Gold awards from Visit England and have had great reviews on TripAdvisor.

Pippins

Pippins is a warm and welcoming cottage in which to truly unwind and get away from it all.

All on one level (apart from two steps between the sitting/dining room and kitchen), it is equipped and furnished to a high standard, with almost everything you could need for a totally relaxed holiday.

Russets

Russets is an ideal base in which to relax and recharge your batteries. Furnished and equipped to a very high standard, it has its own dedicated sitting out area where you can quietly read a book or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening.
